Use the quote form: choose a service, describe your project, and add your budget and timeline if you have them. You can also open any service page and choose Request quote to start with that service selected. Quotes are free and come with no obligation.

Quotes are fixed prices. Changes or additions after kickoff are treated as change requests and quoted separately, and work on a change request begins only after you approve the quote, so there are no surprise invoices.

Project Scoping ($79) is a one-to-one session with a full-stack engineer, by call, video meeting, or chat on Whop. You get a written spec within 48 hours (features, tech stack, milestones, and timeline) and a fixed-price quote. The $79 is credited toward any build you buy within 60 days, and you keep the spec and quote with no obligation.

In four steps. Kickoff: share the brief, the outcome you need, and any existing systems to work around. Scope and design: review the plan or design before any production code. Build: follow progress in the client portal as it comes together. Launch: go live, or hand off, with 30 days of support included.

It depends on scope and how quickly feedback comes back during review. Timelines are agreed at kickoff, before any production work starts.

The content, access, credentials, and feedback the project needs, in good time. Timelines pause while we are waiting on you. If a project is inactive for more than 30 days because of missing input, it may be closed and the work completed so far delivered.

We follow up on your quote by email. Once it's agreed, we set up your access to the client portal.

Backends are built in Go, PHP/Laravel, Python, and Node.js. Frontends use Vue 3 and React, and mobile apps are built with Flutter. Databases include MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, SQLite, and Firebase, and deployments use Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, and Vercel.

Every build includes 2 revision rounds and 30 days of post-launch support. Bugs and failures to meet the agreed scope that you report in that period are fixed at no extra cost.

Ongoing maintenance, hosting, new features, and support after that period are available separately. For AI systems, the AI Care Plan ($99 a month) covers monitoring, bug fixes, up to 2 hours of small changes, and priority replies.

You own the custom code and deliverables made for you once payment is made in full. Pre-existing tools and libraries stay with Bismarck Ndou, and you get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your deliverable. Open-source and third-party components keep their own licences.

Yes. Your business information, credentials, and non-public project details are kept confidential and used only to deliver your project.

You have 14 days after delivery to review and report issues. After that, the deliverable is treated as accepted.

Prices are in US dollars and are paid through Whop's checkout. For larger projects a deposit may be agreed, with the balance invoiced at agreed milestones. Work starts once the initial payment has cleared. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

It depends on how far the work has progressed. Before kickoff or before any work has started, you receive a full refund. After work has started, you receive a refund for the milestones not yet started. Once the final deliverable is accepted, or 14 days pass after delivery without a reported defect, the purchase is non-refundable. Project Scoping can be refunded in full before the session takes place. Requests outside the agreed scope, and trading results, are not refundable.

Contact us first: we always try to resolve the problem directly. Purchases made through Whop can also be raised in Whop's Resolution Center, where Whop decides the case if it can't be resolved between us.

A $99 monthly plan that keeps an AI chatbot, automation, scraper, or MCP server running smoothly. It includes monitoring and error alerts, bug fixes (including when a connected tool or API changes), up to 2 hours of small changes, model and dependency updates, a short monthly report, and priority replies within 1 business day. It covers systems built by Bismarck Ndou, or ones reviewed and accepted (the review is free). You can cancel anytime.

Yes. It is a free 15-minute self-assessment that helps you find the 2 or 3 repetitive tasks in your business that are worth automating first, and estimate what they are worth each year.

A private page where signed-in clients see their purchases with status and billing links, plus project progress and next steps when a project is under way. It also has links to support, the Resolution Center, and the Refund Policy.
